TP22-012 Vacuum chamber of the chirped mirror compressor

The subject matter of the Public Contract is the design (the final production design based on the advanced conceptual design provided by the Buyer), manufacture, final cleaning, testing and delivery to the Contracting Authority of a chirped mirror compressor chamber (hereinafter also the “Chamber”). Detailed information on the subject matter of the Public Contract is stated in Annex No. 1 Purchase Contract, in Annex No. 2 Technical Specification and in Annex No. 7 3D model with the conceptual design. Furthermore, the economic operator shall properly take into account Operating Instructions of the ATH 1603 DN250 Y2662100 turbomolecular pump when elaborating its bid and performing the Public Contract (if the economic operator is selected). The pump is already owned by the Contracting Authority and shall be connected to the Chamber. The Operating Instructions form Annex No. 3.
