System for nanomechanical testing (Systém pro nanomechanické testování)

The subject matter of this public contract is supply (acquisition) of a system for nanomechanical testing of samples in a scanning electron microscope using nanoindentation, tension, compression, bending deformation modes in displacement- and force-controlled regimes applied monotonously, cyclically, and dynamically at ambient and controlled elevated temperatures with the possibility of x,y,z positioning and angular and tilt rotations towards SEM detectors for EBSD- and STEM- correlated deformation. The system must be new, fully operational and complete and will be used for accurate displacement- and force-controlled userdefined deformation testing and material’s response measurement on micrometer sized samples in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) in order to study the static, fatigue and dynamic thermomechanically driven deformation mechanism using SEM imaging methods and techniques.
