SUPPLY OF QUEUE MONITORING SYSTEM AND PROVISION OF RELATED SERVICES
The subject matter of the Public Contract is the supply and ensuring functionality of the IT technology - Queue monitoring system for the needs of the Prague/Ruzyně Airport, corresponding to the functional and technical specifications as stipulated in Tendering Documentation and will provide accurate monitoring and operational information regarding the quality of terminal processes resulting in accurate, reliable and continuous real-time information on waiting times and passenger flow in individual critical points such as passport controls, central security control and check-in counters (hereinafter the “QMS”). This data will serve as the basis for improving the current operating situation, optimizing current operating terminal capacities and increasing the awareness and quality of services provided to the passengers. The contractor will ensure hardware, software, as well as subsequent service support for given IT system for a period of at least ninety-six (96) months.
