Set of instruments for electrical characterization of semiconductor devices

The subject matter of this Public Contract is supply (acquisition) of a set of instruments for electrical characterization of semiconductor devices (8 pieces): • High Power Source Measure Unit (1 piece), • Source Measure Unit (4 pieces), • Electrometer and High Resistance Meter with voltage source (1 piece), • Dual-Channel Picoammeter (2 pieces). Source Measure Unit will enable the application of high voltage to the studied sample and simultaneous very accurate measurement of the electric current flowing through this sample. High resistance meter enables very accurate measurement of electric voltage, current, resistance or charge. Picoammeter is used for precise measurement of electric current.
