RFI Marketing platform for Airport
The intention is to gain the information about possibilities of deployment a Marketing platform (software) in the context of needs and requirements at LKPR.
The goal is to verify that your solution meets the specifications we specify in Annex 1.
The intention is also to gain answers the following questions:
1. Licensing model - What is the Vendors’ licensing model?
Could you please estimate initial and running costs for following case?:
Prague Airport shall use the application for 4 years. Initial state - 200.000 identified contacts, final state - 250milion of profiles (anonymous and identified contacts). The vendor shall describe:
• its licensing model and pricing method
• Costs in case of exceeding 250M of profiles.
2. Could you please provide us demo for application testing?
3. Could you please provide us user manuals?
4. Could you please provide us Terms of use of API, API description, pricing/maximal monthly usage restrictions?
5. If the Vendors’ solution is able to run as on-premise and cloud solutions, please compare features of both and describe licensing model of both.
