Project Coordinator for the project EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems - Production
The subject of the public contract is the provision of services of a Project Coordinator within the framework of the EU delegated cooperation project in Moldova entitled “EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems – Production”. The Coordinator shall be primarily responsible for the following activities: Coordination of day-to-day project activities: ensuring the smooth implementation of all planned activities in close cooperation with the Czech implementing partner, local partners, and experts. Coordination among the different project components, monitoring the project schedule, and ensuring the achievement of established milestones. Communication and cooperation with partners: maintaining regular contact with ministries, research institutions, agricultural organizations, non-governmental entities, and the private sector. Ensuring effective information exchange among all relevant stakeholders. Logistical organization of expert events: preparation and implementation of trainings, workshops, field days, and other project events. Responsibility for logistics, communication with participants, and preparation of supporting materials. Planning and monitoring: preparation and updating of work plans, monitoring of indicators, and preparation of reports on achieved results. Ensuring that data and outputs comply with donor requirements and the project logframe. Reporting and communication with the donor: preparation of regular project progress reports and ensuring compliance of outputs with the requirements of the European Union and the Czech Development Agency. Information and awareness-raising campaigns: coordination of the preparation and implementation of the project’s communication and awareness-raising activities (public events, press releases, media outputs, and information campaigns targeting farmers and the general public). Support in the preparation of procurement documentation: cooperation in the preparation of technical specifications, tender documentation, and other supporting documents for public procurement procedures and selection procedures within the project. Administrative support to the project team: preparation of supporting documents, maintenance of document records, and organization of meetings and consultations with partners. Participation in other project activities: involvement in additional project activities according to current needs and active cooperation in their successful implementation. Cooperation with Czech experts and implementing partners: support for effective coordination between the Czech and Moldovan teams and facilitation of knowledge transfer. Within these areas, the Coordinator shall participate in the preparation and evaluation of procurement procedures under the EU4Moldova SFS-Production project, as well as in the subsequent monitoring of the performance of concluded contracts and, where applicable, in the preparation of contract amendments, including the technical assessment of modified aspects.
