Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí online platformy pro realizaci B2B workshopů a prezentací po dobu 24 měsíců od data podpisu smlouvy. Bližší specifikace předmětu zakázky: Minimální požadavky na funkčnost a vzhled online platformy: · Vzhled platformy je možné přizpůsobit požadavkům Zadavatele – Zadavatel má možnost vložení svého loga a vizuálů a personifikovat úvodní stránku akce · Platforma umožňuje realizaci one-to-one předjednaných meetingů i akcí typu konference a webinář, a to samostatně i v kombinaci během jedné akce · Systém umožňuje účast až 300 účastníků během jedné akce, v případě online konference se může připojit neomezený počet účastníků · Jednání v režimu „workshop“ probíhají ve formě videochatu, účastníci jednání mají možnost vzájemné komunikace i písemně · Jednání v režimu „konference či webinář“ probíhají ve formě videokonference, účastníci mají možnost písemné komunikace pro vznášení dotazů · Účastníci workshopů (dodavatelé i poskytovatelé služeb) se registrují na akci v rámci platformy a jejich detailní profily jsou následně zveřejněné na webu akce · Účastníci mají možnost matchmakingu a předjednání schůzek · V průběhu workshopu se účastníkům (dodavateli i poskytovateli služeb) zobrazuje časomíra, administrátor má možnost nastavit délku trvání schůzek · Po skončení akce má účastník (dodavatel i poskytovatel služeb) možnost stáhnout si kontaktní údaje partnerů, se kterými měl schůzku, a to souhrnně v jednom dokumentu · Administrátor má po skončení akce možnost stáhnout si veškeré kontaktní údaje účastníků akce souhrnně v 1 dokumentu · Zadavatel má možnost uspořádat v průběhu 24 měsíců neomezený počet online eventů v rámci platformy · Počet administrátorů, kteří mají přístup do systému, je minimálně 10 The subject matter of this public contract online platform for organizing B2B workshops, presentations and conferences for the period of 24 months. Detailed specification of the subject matter of the public contract: Minimum system requirements: · The design of the platform can be adjusted to the requirements of the Contracting Authority – the Contracting Authority has the option to personalize the platform using its own logos and visuals · The online platform enables the Contracting Authority the organization of series of one-to-one prescheduled meetings, conferences and webinars – they can be organized separately as well as together as one big event · The system enables the participation of 300 Pax during one event, in case of online conference there´s an unlimited number of participants · The meetings within “online workshop mode” are based on video chat, both parties have the option to contact each other in writing as well · The meetings within “conference mode / webinar mode” are based on videoconference, the attendees have the option of written communication for questions and comments · The participants or the workshop (both providers and suppliers of services) register for the event on the platform, their detailed profiles are published on the website of the event · The participants have the option of matchmaking and arranging a series of pre-scheduled appointments · The participants of the workshop (both providers and suppliers of services) see the timer during the meetings, the administrator has the option to set the length of the meetings · After the event the participant of the workshop (both provider and supplier of services) has the option to download the contact details of partners he had the meeting with – all in one comprehensive document · The administrator has the right to download all the contacts of the participants or the workshop – all in one comprehensive document · The Contracting Authority has the option the organize an unlimited number of events on the platform within the period of 24 months · The number of administrators who can access the online platform is at least 10
