IMTM/UPOL – Software for image analysis and big data

The subject of the public supply contract is a software solution that allows archiving of microscopy image data and analysis of microscopy image data, both of individual images and processing of large amounts of image data obtained by high-throughput screening methods, which includes experiments containing up to 500 000 microscopy images. The system must be able to handle images from different microscopy platforms in phase contrast, widefield and confocal imaging formats in multiple planes. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum of 13 user annual licenses to fully enable access to stored data and image analysis. And a minimum of 5 annual licenses allowing advanced high-throughput-screening/high-content-analysis. The system must be able to be installed on a server solution within the virtualization tools.

Subject of a public contract next to the delivery is also installation and the provision of guarantee service. A detailed technical specification is indicated in Article 1 (1.2) of the procurement documentation.
