The purpose of this Public Contract is supply of materials (i.e. CuCr1Zr Plates) for production of toroidal field coils for COMPASS-U Tokamak experimental device for primary research. The supply includes procurement of materials, testing of materials and delivery of materials as defined in Annex No. 3 - Price Schedule and Deliverables (hereinafter referred individually as the “Item” or jointly as “Items”). The Item / Items must fully comply with the requirements and specification stipulated in the Technical Specification (see Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification) and in the Contract (see Annex No. 2 - Binding draft of Contract). As further specified in the Contract, the supply of Item / Items hereunder shall also comprise the following: 1) procurement, testing and delivery of Item / Items and activities stipulated in the Technical Specification; 2) transport of the Item / Items to the place of delivery, transport insurance and payment of any export or import duties on goods or other fees related to transport of the Item / Items (if any). Note: In case the import duties change during the term of the Contract, please refer to Article 2.3 paragraph 2) of the Contract; 3) delivery of documents related to the Object of Purchase as specified in the Technical Specification (hereinafter “Documentation”) and 4) provision of a free of charge warranty and warranty service for the Items. The supply of the Item / Items shall also include necessary research and development activities, potential additional works and/or deliveries, and if applicable a free license to use the supply for the needs of the Project, including its follow-up phases (the Item / Items and other supplies and related activities to be made hereunder shall be referred to jointly as the "Object of Purchase"). Details concerning performance are provided in the Technical Specification, which is attached as Annex No. 1 (“Technical Specification”) to the Tender Documentation, and in the Binding draft of Contract, which is attached as Annex No. 2 (“Contract”) to the Tender Documentation, and in the Price Schedule and Deliverables, which is attached as Annex No.3 (“Price Schedule and Deliverables”) to the Tender Documentation. The Contract will be concluded as a framework agreement with a single Supplier pursuant to Sec. 131 et seq. PPA for a period of 12 months from effectiveness of the Contract.
