Pronájem prostor sloužících podnikání za účelem maloobchodního prodeje slunečních brýlí a doplňků – m.č. 1315 // The lease of business premises for the purpose of the retail sale of sunglasses and accessories – No. 1315

Dodavateli vybranému na základě koncesního řízení poskytneme právo k maloobchodnímu prodeji slunečních brýlí a doplňků, přičemž je sortiment blíže specifikován v čl. IV.5 Technické podmínky Zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Koncese“), a to za podmínek uvedených v Zadávací dokumentaci a v návrhu Smlouvy o nájmu prostoru sloužícího podnikání a poskytování některých služeb s ním spojených na prostory, která tvoří Přílohu F Zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Smlouva“) a dále za podmínek uvedených v ostatních přílohách Zadávací Dokumentace nebo Smlouvy. // The economic operator selected in the concession procedure will be granted the right to the retail sale of the Sunglasses and accessories – the product range of which is specified in more detail in Article IV.5 of the Procurement Documentation (hereinafter the “Concession”), subject to the terms and conditions provided in the Procurement Documentation and in the draft Contract for the Lease of Business premises and the Provision of Certain Related Services, attached hereto as Annex F to the Procurement Documentation (hereinafter the “Contract”), and subject to the terms and conditions provided in the other Annexes to the Procurement Documentation and/or the Contract.
