PROJEKT BENTONITOVÉ TVÁRNICE

- English below - Účelem těchto PTK je získat představu o procesu výroby potřebného množství bentonitových tvárnic pro experimenty, které budou instalovány v Podzemním výzkumném pracovišti Bukov (dále je „PVP Bukov“). Jednotlivé experimenty slouží k ověření vhodnosti řešení hlubinného ukládání vyhořelého jaderného paliva. Při výběru bude snaha nalézt dodavatele s dostatečnou výrobní kapacitou, ale také dostatečně flexibilního, protože dodávky tvárnic budou vycházet z harmonogramu instalací jednotlivých experimentů. Při výrobě a dopravě se ověří technologické postupy, které jsou v současné době na trhu k dispozici. Zadavatel prozatím nedisponuje zkušenostmi s výrobou bentonitových tvárnic takových rozměrů a v takovém počtu, a proto není obeznámen se situací na trhu. Ke stanovení výrobních kapacit, technologických možností a orientačních nákladů slouží tato předběžná tržní konzultace. Dokumentace k těmto PTK je zvěřejněna v českém i v anglickém jazyce. -------- The purpose of the PMC is to obtain information on the production of the required quantity of bentonite blocks for the purpose of experiments that will be conducted at the Bukov Underground Research Facility, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Bukov URF”). The experiments will serve to verify the suitability of the design solution of the buffer that will surround waste disposal packages in the future Czech deep geological repository for spent nuclear fuel. With respect to the selection of the supplier, the priority will be to engage a supplier with sufficient production capacity, and which is also flexible, since the delivery of the blocks will be based on the scheduling of the individual experiments. Technological procedures that are currently available in the market will be verified with respect to both the production process and the transport of the bentonite blocks. The Contracting Authority currently has no experience with the production of bentonite blocks of the required dimensions and quantities, and is, therefore, not familiar with the situation in the market. This preliminary market consultation will serve to determine production capacities, technological options and indicative costs. The documentation for the PMC is published in both Czech and English language.
