The main purpose of the preliminary market consultations is to obtain information, which are needed to create optimal tender documentation on the subject of the preliminary market consultations from technical and economic point of view. The subject of the preliminary market consultations will be discussion of topics related mainly to the existing design of the System defined in II.2.4) hereof and its review, manufacture and installation of System according to the discussed design including feasibility and efficiency thereof, time schedule, System lifetime, warranty period, estimated value of the Public Contract etc.
